About COPM

After having worked several years (16) with insurance companies, owners Susan and Laura decided to bring their expertise to the other side of the fence. We realized our knowledge would be valuable to providers who sometimes find it difficult to navigate through the insurance system. We bring a clear understanding of the reimbursement process to our practice management company.

Central Ohio Practice Management (COPM) has over 16 years of experience with medical and dental billing. COPM is run by partners Laura Marado and Susan Gliatis. Both COPM partners have worked with both commercial and government insurance programs. Each partner is highly skilled with medical and dental terminology and medical and insurance policies and procedures. Experience with commercial insurance includes indemnity, PPO, POS, and HMO contracts. Experience with government contracts includes Medicare, TRICARE, and TRICARE for life. Laura is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders.
