The CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) is the universal credentialing application for healthcare providers. It is vital for initial credentialing, as well as recredentialing. COPM completes, maintains, and updates this key document for you.
We take care of all the paperwork from licensing boards, commercial insurance such as HMO's, PPO's, MCO's, hospitals, and government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid managed care. We also credential for all EAPs.
