COPM has worked with both commercial and government insurance programs. We are highly skilled with medical and dental terminology and medical insurance policies and procedures. Experience with commercial insurance includes indemnity, PPO, POS, MCO, and HMO contracts. Experience with government contracts includes Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Comp, MR/DD, TRICARE, and TRICARE for Life. We also have experience with Personal Injury claims.

CPT and ICD-9 knowledge. Correct coding is confirmed against CCI edits.
