Practice Management Overview

The first thing COPM does is an AUDIT of the previous year. We review and audit submitted claims for accurate coding, reimbursement, and posting. We also confirm all insurance information is correct. At NO FEE to you. We offer this service because analysis of your practice is the best way to improve it.

Next, COPM reviews and helps modify and/or develop your financial policy. Statements, financial policy and collections are individually designed to fit the specific needs of your practice.

We can also audit your fee schedule. It should be customized, based on locality and Medicare reinbursement rates.

Our office provides credentialing and contracting support.

COPM is also able to remotely access your current software. We have worked with most leading medical software so you don't need to purchase new software. A big cost-saver!

The most important thing COPM can do is to educate you, the provider. We want you to know what we're doing every step of the process. We provide you with reports and analysis and we sit down with you to explain what the numbers mean. We also accomplish this by providing ON-SITE support. We're there to go over reports, to train office personnel, to transition to new software or procedures.
